I was reading about ( vitamin C Asocrbic Acid ) and ( some Amino Acids like Creatin ) that can improve some types of ( cmt ) anyone has like this

I don't know anything about Creatin, but there was a two year clinical trial to test Vitamin C, for type 1a, but it didn't show any effect.
