Prognostic Indicators in Clinical CLL/SLL and Impact onTreatment

One of the questions I get asked most frequently is to explain how prognostic markers are used clinically. I recommend the follow article by Parker and Strout from Yale University School of Medicine.

It is important to note that some of this markers are rarely if ever used clinically outside the U.S. In other words they aren't all universally accepted.
