When I originally joined this site, I became a regular contributor for a number of years. Then without my realizing it, the daily emails stopped. I must have been extra busy with work when that happened, because I didn't notice it immediately. Then a good while after that I realized that I hadn't been communicating on our site, wanted to find out why and fix it, and got involved in other things and forgot to look into it. Now its at least a year later, and all of a sudden I got one daily news email a few days ago. Then today I got a request to help David Cara with a question about IVIG, which I guess in in the records on our site that I take monthly IVIG.
I just replied to David about my experiences with IVIG, and wonder why I don't get the daily emails again. I think I remember seeing a large volume of our daily emails when I opened another old email account that I hardly ever use. It astonished me because I never changed anything in my account with HealthUnlocked, so why would my daily emails suddenly have stopped coming to the regular email account I have always used. Why would they have been going for a long time to the email account I never use? How can I fix this?

I'd like to add that I just went to my Profile, checked the email address listed, and it is my original one that I received the daily emails on for years on this site. No other email address is to be found in my profile; yet, the site's daily notices stopped coming to my regular email. Really weird and strange.
I didn't get the daily email from our site that David Cara posted on about IVIG. I instead today got an email from someone on our site asking if I could help David Cara with his question. That is even more weird. Is it possible the site blocked me for some reason that they never discussed with me?
When large amounts of data in a database gets rolled over in a software upgrade, all those 1's and 0's of bit language do not always cross with 100% accuracy. I wonder if "unsubscribing" from emails for 24 hours so whatever daily clock used rolls over, then resubscribing, will solve the problem.
Email used to be in one place, then moved. Somehow, your data didn't cross properly.
Welcome Back ! Can't suggest anything about you not receiving your newsletters except ask a moderator to look into it. Since you've been gone a year now could you update us on your zanubrutinib treatment. Hope it has gone well!! A number of of patients have started this new therapy in your year of absence.
This also happened to me. I think I found my daily emails had been going into my spam box. If that's what's happened to you, click in one and say not spam. Should solve problem.
Your experience of losing notifications is unfortunately common, which is why I wrote and pinned this post. healthunlocked.com/cllsuppo...
In short, the most common reason for losing HU notifications, is due to the constant war against ever improving spammers. That results in HU notifications sometimes ending up in your junk email folder due to misclassification. If you don't notice them going there and correct the mistake by saying that the notifications are not spam, your email provider deletes them. If you email HU Support, support@healthunlocked.com they can fix the problem with your email provider.
