Not receiving your HealthUnlocked email notifications or forgot your password? Here's what to do!

1) Lost Email Notifications

First, check your spam/junk mail folder and if you find your email notifications there, either inform your email app that they are not junk or move them into your inbox. Future deliveries should then return to your inbox. If you can't find your email notifications in your spam/junk mail folder, HU advise that "You can resolve this issue by adding 'notifications@ email.healthunlocked.com' to your contacts." They provide instructions on how to do this for the major email providers Yahoo, Outlook (Hotmail), Gmail and iCloud in this Help article: support.healthunlocked.com/...

You should also check your notification settings are correct here: healthunlocked.com/email-no... (Menu .. Email preferences).

Finally, check the Digest frequency setting in the section of your email settings is what you want;

From my communities; Digest frequency. (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Never)

See the attached graphic for how to access your settings, including your Email preference settings via your Menu - the three horizontal bars. Your HU Menu can be found at the bottom right of your screen on a mobile phone or tablet and the top right on desktops/laptops. Selecting the Menu bars causes the shown options to pop up above or below your menu.

Again, if everything looks correct and you are still having problems, please email CLL Support at support@ healthunlocked.com and ask for their help.

Yes this happened to me and after checking the "spam" box I found they were there. So as you say, clicked on one and said not spam. Since then they are once again coming daily.

2) Requesting a Password Reset

First, ensure you are logged out of HU, then go to healthunlocked.com/ , select "Already a member?" then log in via "Select/click on "Log in". That should bring up the attached login window. Select/click on "Forgot your password?"

Ask for a password reset by selecting/clicking on the blue text "Forgot your password?"

2) Continued

That gives you a new page, where you can enter your email address for your account - see attached. Enter that address and select/click on "Send link to my email" and you'll be given a link to reset your password for your account, so you can log in and regain access to your past posts and replies.
