This is not enough information for me to hazard a *guess*, let alone a more informed opinion. In addition to this post being unlocked.
Given it's the first time I hear about it it's unlikely to be typical.

I haven't read anything about these two being correlated. But I have read stuff about CLL only for 5 years now on this forum. Don't think about the worst. You don't have a diagnosis until you get one. From allergies to infections the cause could be anything.
