Hi I’ve been on Acalabrutinib for over two months now but feeling that my skin is getting a bit itchy like a heat rash. Can anyone suggest what I can put on it.

My dermatologist suggested a product called Hydro Boost by Neutrogena. It is a body gel cream with Hyaluronic Acid. My skin feels alive and hydrated and is not greasy at all.

You should get a dermatologist to diagnose it specifically, since there are many possible causes. Bacterial causes vs. autoimmune conditions require opposite treatments. In many cases moisturizers and steroid (immune suppressing) topical creams or lotions can give temporary relief if no bacterial cause is suspected.

You can rule out liver toxicity by simply checking a recent ALT result on your most recent metabolic panel. If in normal range then look for other causes and solutions. If elevated, ALT is an indicator of liver toxicity and would need addressing as liver problems commonly cause itchy skin.
