I have recently finished my 12 month treatment for V& O.
I am pre diabetic and just had my yearly checkup. My blood sugars are now in the normal range.i.e. not diabetic. I also find that my blood pressure which was normally borderline high has during my treatment gone to a healthy reading. Is this a temporary abberation caused by the treatment. Will my usual problems re-appear once the effects of the V&O clear my system. I am interested to know.

Interesting!!! My blood pressure dropped to normal when I got covid and stayed normal for about 8 weeks than I had to get back on the blood pressure meds.
If you don't change your diet they probably will. There is a very simple method of curing pre-diabetes. You need to avoid all carbohydrates, plain and simple. If something spikes your insulin, it's a no-no for you.
Congratulations on completing your treatment and for the positive changes in your blood sugar and blood pressure! That’s a significant achievement, and it’s great to hear that your levels are now in the normal range.
