Apparent PD on Ven

Hi

I had 3 rounds FCR in Winter 2018 stopped for Neutropenia. My doc did NO testing for mrd or even flow. Ignorance was bliss til release 2 years later.

Started V + O March 2023 for R/R. At one year, 3/24 was umrd 4 on PB and 4/10,000 on BM.

5 months later or month 18 of Ven mrd increased to 8/10,000 on BM.

Has anyone experienced this or have any thoughts on what might be happening?

Thx to all you wonderful people

Just a thought,

If you have supplimented in addition to treatment to help with side affects (not necessarily limited to CBD's) -

I know some who have used cannabis based products to improve nausea resulting from treatment. What was discovered is that the cll would migrate to the spleen and lymph nodes where it is harder to detect and treat. Those who I am familiar with who supplemented interpreted that they had a better side affect response, however, the treatment responses were less. Even presenting expected lymph node shrinking to be lesser than the what determined drug discontinuation schedule was base upon, thus requiring more drug treatment than what the standard schedule prescribed.

I suppose that there is a multitude of other supplements that could present similar responses, and medical research has yet to define.
