I have been on a zanubrutinib drug trial for the last four years. The drug is working well and my blood counts are back to normal. In recent weeks I have been having what I can only describe as mood changes. They are sort of like moments of depression. It is also a little like having irritations at the slightest things.
Does anyone on this drug have such problems?

I recently switched from acalabrutinib / Calquence to pirtobrutinib / Japirca and my wife is saying she thinks I am much more impatient and aggressive than before, but for me that is a pretty high bar. I suspect that as I age, my tendencies to be a curmudgeon are just increasing normally.
Dr. Furman thought I might get better MRD levels and less skin rash. But so far at 5 weeks, no visible improvement and some myalgia. If we don' t see improved MRD, and continues myalgia, I will go back by EoY2024
Some of the literature about zanubrutinib side effects suggest - amongst a lot - mood swings. So I was just wondering. And very possibly hopeful that the drug might explain it. But as you infer mood swings are tricky to pin down (not to mention tricky to actually define).
