Zanubrutinib. Anyone have side effects?

I’m about to embark on the above Im maybe a months time. Does anyone have experience of taking this drug?

[Snakejaw]

Yep I do, been on it for about four months. Had some pain in my ribs and soreness but it’s mostly gone away. Overall tolerated very well.

320mg daily, also started taking 50mg of venetoclax in conjunction which will ramp up in coming weeks.

Hey Elliot

I am such a newbie with Zanubrutinib, in that my first dose was January 1 of this year, but in the first five full days of the medication I have had no side effects. I'm sort of hoping this means I won't have any, but of course the more serious potential side effects probably take a good bit longer to develop. At least I haven't had the headaches, fatigue, nausea, constipation, or diarrhea.

I'm still having the same severe night sweats I was having before I started five days ago, and I'm not sure when if ever those will stop (assuming the treatment is working)

Carl, They do say not too many side effects so far and probably none! Or very little. I hope you continue doing well. Apart from the night sweats. I hope that they diminish in time.
