Resistance to IB after 6 yrs.. mutations c481 & Plcg2. Still on IB until progression. 13q, zap 70. What's next? No definitive answers from Onco/Hema Doc except watch & wait. Very anxious.

Good to know that they are keeping you on ibrutinib until progression occurs, as it is likely to be a slow change.

What's next depends on where you live. I notice you've posted unlocked, so anyone on the internet can find your post. You might like to lock your post as explained here and share where you live to get some specific feedback on what's available to you. healthunlocked.com/cllsuppo...

You might be able to switch to a third generation BTKi, pirtobrutinib, or switch to some venetoclax based treatment.
