I am going to Palmsprings, CA. for the winter, any recommendations for an oncologist in the Valley area?

Hi Lisbon2022,

Most of us depend on one CLL expert and then have a local hematologist or an excellent diagnostician to deal with infections, viruses and other urgent health concerns, since CLL usually only needs routine blood testing on a periodic basis.

Our primary CLL expert can be consulted remotely if there is a reason to consider starting treatment or a side effect that might be CLL related.

So you may want to seek recommendations for a different type of doctor than an oncologist, since they are usually focused on solid cancers.
