Thanks FP

Hi Floydpup,

-

I am not certain and hope that someone else like  CLLerinOz or Jm954 can help, but I believe that your data shows only Trisomy 12 UnMutated, when usually you would need to have multiple deletions (eg: 13q, 11q, 17p) to be considered complex.

Your Unmutated (mutated at 3.4% however the allele is identified as 3-21), LOSS of ATM FUNCTION, are not familiar factors and that may require an experienced CLL expert to explain the significance (if known).

Here is a list of the 72 previous posts that mention Complex Karyotype:

Hi there,

the definition of a Complex Karyotype in CLL is having three or more abnormalities in the 23 chromosome pairs. You have only trisomy 12 (I think that's enough!). The mutated or unmutated IGHV is not a chromosomal abnormality and doesn't count.

Those with a Complex Karyotype are considered to have a poorer prognosis than other patients.
