I’m almost 3 years into my CLL diagnosis with fatigue being my main symptom. But lately I’ve been getting these large sores that look like a small boil that itch, hang around for a few day and dry out my skin then go away?
I also have been getting small patches of little tiny blisters that come and go in the same spot.

You might need a prescription for a strong steroid cream…just a thought.

Be careful with steroid creams on faces......Steroid creams can leach deep into the skin, and damage the eyes.
Please take pictures if you can to show this "cycle" to a doctor. Skin infections or inflammatory conditions may indicate your immune system is struggling. It may be nothing, but IMO it doesn't hurt to check.

I'll mention that if those boils or blisters are surrounded by a raised red patch, you might want to circle it with a marker or waterproof eyeliner or pencil, monitor it, and see a doctor sooner rather than later. A boil could be a Staph infection, which in normal immune people they generally can fight off. The patch of blisters might possibly be a shingles or other herpes cropping up. I get about 1 infection a year of some sort, mostly skin, and it has varied from Staph to herpes to fungus. Getting it treated early means I have never been hospitalized from them, I don't have scarring from extensive skin involvement, and I suffer less itching/pain or whatever.
