No, particularly as your platelet count may improve.

Per the iWCLL treatment indications, item (1) Evidence of progressive marrow failure as manifested by the development of, or worsening of, anemia and/or thrombocytopenia (low platelet count). Cutoff levels of Hb (haemoglobin) <10 g/dL or platelet counts <100 x 10^9 /L are generally regarded as indication for treatment. However, in some patients, platelet counts <100 x 10^9 /L may remain stable over a long period; this situation does not automatically require therapeutic intervention. (my emphasis)

How much is a Lakh? I think you meant your WBC was 90,000. How much is your absolute lymphocyte count? Did it drop too?

My WBC count is 96000. The platlets has fallen from 115000( normal minimum 150000) to 90000 after covid. RBC and haemoglobin normal

I see. Less than a 100k but if they stabilize around these levels you should be good. 🤞
