Hello, just wondering if anyone has ever purchased cheaper venetoclax drugs from another source other than their own country?

Hi, Hope you are well?Yes i do know that its funded for those that qualify but not for me. My cost is 10k nz per month for 12 months course and 22k nz for 3 months of Ibrutinib combo so approx 140k =nz for total therapy. I have heard of others getting it abit cheaper from abroad.

I have 2 months supply of imbruvica (2 packages) that I don't need and will be happy to give you. Each package is sealed, 420 mg per tablet. I've had them since Aug 2019. I'm in Chicago. Let me know.

I'm sure. I recently went through the CAR-T trial and am currently in complete remission. Ask your doctor about the expiration date. I'll be happy to send you the pictures of the packages. I don't know anything about sending the prescription drugs to another country. If your doctor approves, please, find out the best way to send it.

You can always call Leukemia/ Lymphatic society. They will usually help you out.

Hi Driverps1, I'm in the US and on medicare and was on Venetoclax for 16 months (discontinued Oct 2021 as I became uMRD). I received financial assistance from both LLS and Healthwell, and never paid anything out of pocket for the Venetoclax. The qualifier for me was I had to meet the financial criteria established by the foundations. If you have any questions please respond.

Kiora Driver... I am about to start ventoclax but need to import a generic but its minefield knowing which ones are most cost effective. Did you have any luck importing it

I get mine directly from the company, they have a patient assistance program. The website in the US at least, has links. Perhaps Google "venetoclax patient assistance".

Also am seeing this, but not sure if it applies to you. It states NZ is "funding" the drug.

Hi, The only funding you get in NZ is if you are 17p deletion or tried everything else and it doesn't work. I dont think the prime minster is doing enough in this country to help those with cancer or any other illness that seems to be funded in every other country but NZ.
