Good day everyone. I am very afraid of what I have right now. I have almost everyday light headedness. I did blood work up such as cbc, lipid profile, ast, alt, bun, crea, tsh, t3, t4. Everything was normal except on my CBC. Does this mean I have blood cancer? :(

No, just neutrophils towards the lower end of their normal, healthy range. See: healthunlocked.com/cllsuppo...

Sorry, I was busy away from home. I've deleted your duplicate post.

Per the similar answered question I referred you to, your results are showing just percentages for the most common white blood types, NOT the absolute counts, which are the import figures. For some reason, your neutrophils are a little lower than usual, (normal range is 1.8 to 7.5 to 2 to 8 depending on your lab). You can calculate the absolute figure which is 43.4% of your total White Blood Cell count of 5.84. So your neutrophil count is 2.53, well above 1.8.

Likewise your lymphocyte count is 49.0% of your total White Blood Cell count of 5.84 or 2.87, within the normal range of 1.5 to 3.5.

You typically see much higher absolute white blood cell counts with blood cancers. All that has happened is that your neutrophil counts are in the lower part of their range. Because neutrophils are generally the most common white blood cells, when their count is low, all the other percentages go up, even if the other absolute counts are unchanged! That's because all percentages must add up to 100%.
