Has any one tried red light laser therapy for mouth sores?

Mouth Sores: Red Light laser therapy
We had a discussion about mouth sores yesterday. healthunlocked.com/cllsuppo...
There can be many different causes, so I would be reluctant to believe that a single type of treatment could be effective for every cause.

Here is a link to the 121 times that has been discussed in the past.

Len,
Never meant to imply red laser treatment was the definitive treatment. Just warned know if it was one of the tools in the tool box. RL seemed to get at the problem at the cellular level … not just a symptom reliever.

I can't find any definitive evidence that it works on or doesn't work for solving a specific issue, and that seems to be the problem. See healthline.com/health/red-l...

So without a diagnosis and testing to identify a cause- why would anyone use a "hamburger warming light" to treat their skin. Is it warming up the skin like a hot compress?
-
I have a specific diagnosis for my skin rash / psoriasis / eczema and photo therapy (narrow band UVB light) as prescribed by my dermatologists works great at destroying the T-cells and B-cells that accumulate in my dermis skin layer, causing an itchy rash.
-
But if my rash was caused by a fungus or bacteria it probably would not work, and the T-cells and B-cells would be there to deal with those causes- destroying them would make the infection worse.

There's a huge amount of advertising for red light therapy, which generally appears safe:

It will be interesting to learn of the outcomes of this clinical trial, which is yet to begin recruiting: clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show...

Vit b12 spray really helps me when I get sore patches in my mouth.
