Swelling on Imbruvica

Has anyone experienced swelling of the hands and feet on imbruvica? I've just started to notice it the last week. Plus my blood pressure has went up a bit enough to notice when I stand up. Just wondering if anyone else is going through this as well.

Make sure you tell your doctor. In the beginning, I ate too much licorice and had a severe reaction. Licorice uses the same enzyme to metabolize as Ibrutinib.

I was taken off for a couple of weeks and slowly put back on. My legs often felt tight while I was taking ibrutinib and my systolic blood pressure was very high. My blood pressure meds were adjusted, it was a continuing problem.

No swelling but, anti hypertensive medications were added. It could be stress elevating your BP. Although, ibrutinib is known to increase BP, but it usually takes a while for that to happen.
