Hi lacroixx1,

Congrats on the great test results so soon after starting treatment.
Have you discussed these with your doctor yet?-
IMO (non expert, no medical training), you may want to ignore the WBC and Monocyte counts but focus on the ALC / Lymph# and the ANC / Neut# over time as your treatment progresses.

Having your Lymph# go down soon after starting Imbruvica is a good sign, many CLL patients see that number go up as the drug causes lymph nodes to empty out and shrink. You will hope that number keeps declining and eventually when it is stable, then your doctor may order a MRD test (Minimal Residual Disease).
-
Your doctor will be watching the Neut# hoping it does not go below 1000, since if it keeps declining you may be at risk of infections and sepsis.
-
I hope that Jm954 will comment on any errors I have made and suggest editorial improvements.

Thanks lankisterguy , I agree with what you say with regard to ignoring the monocytes and focussing on the neuts and lymph absolute counts plus your platelets.
I'm curious why you started treatment (I think from your previous posts that this is your first treatment) and your profile doesn't give much information. Do you have more of a SLL presentation with very large lymph nodes or CLL but B symptoms that have meant that you started treatment.
