kel, if you had used Mouth Sores or Mouth Ulcers in your title, you would probably have had a slew of answers by now.

I learned that adding oil of oregano (which includes olive oil in most brands in the pharmacy) to my toothbrush when I brush my teeth has eliminated all sores. It was a godsend.

It's possibly herpes, which Valcyclovir can heal and prevent.

Are they on your lip area, or inside your mouth? Are they single spots, or clumped together? Whatever the cause, neutrophils of 0.3 for an extended period of time is likely contributing to them.

I had those twice, late stage pre treatment when neuts and healthy lymphs were low. Turned out to be oral shingles, caused by the latent chicken pox virus herpes zoster. A rare condition I was told, but maybe not so rare in CLL. Aciclovir (aka Valcyclovir etc) nailed it.

I had mouth sores (aka canker sores) on and off for about 4 months after FCR. I had low neutrophils too, similar to you. My Oncologist had Tozellis mouthwash prescribed for me that eliminated them after 10 days, each time they occurred. After 6 months post FCR, my Neutrophils recovered to the point that I don’t get sores anymore.
