Hi, does anybody know if :-
1. My 2 jabs have been a complete waste of time or,
2. There is something there and catching Covid would result in less severe illness.
See attached image. I have CLL but not undergoing any treatment.
Thanks.

There is no way to know at present. No one can interpret current tests to determine immunity level/how well one is protected post vaccine at this point in time. As more research is done, that could change.
From the CLL Soviety: “there are no data in CLL patients to suggest that presence of antibodies confers protection, or even lack of antibodies means no immunity.”
We also have t-cells as part of the immunity puzzle, but no really good way to measure their function currently.
As KatieBlue says.
Given that the Roche test is pretty accurate, a negative antibody test result does indicate a weak antibody response. It doesn't necessarily mean the vaccination was fruitless, see
thanks Pacificview, the company specifically said to take this 'spike' one to test for Covid infection and vaccination antibodies.
You are correct as I should have read your whole result. My appologies!
I'm also W&W and treatment naive and got the exact same disappointing result.
