Acalabrutinib failure CAR-T

Is anybody was treated with CAR-T after failure of BTK blockers? I wonder if there any test to predict CAR-T efficacy and if you continue was taken BTK blocker during CAR-T treatment.

The CLL Society ran a Zoom presentation on 21 Apr 2021,

where they specifically discussed the role of Ibrutinib and CAR-T.

The CLL Society often post links on their website so you can veiw a recorded version but I don't see a link to that specific presentation as yet.

Perhaps bkoffman will be able to reply when the replay is available. And Dr. Koffman himself got successful CAR-T therapy 3 years ago after many years on Ibrutinib.
