Hi there,
There are very few people who have had CAR-T and even fewer for Richter's. However, there is a lot of information on the CLL Society website and Brian Koffman has written a blog about his experience of CAR-T but his was not for Richter's.
Remember, he had his CAR-T some time ago and his experience will not be the same as yours. Much has been learnt about how to manage the toxicities in since his procedure.
Here is the link to the society cllsociety.org/car-t-and-ot... and to his blog cllsociety.org/car-t-blog/
With excellent timing, he has just written this post too healthunlocked.com/cllsuppo...
Please let us know how you are and very best wishes
Jackie
Zohreh, I don’t know much about people who have had CAR-T, I just wanted to chime in and wish you and your husband the best.
CAR-T is such a promising treatment and there is great reason to be optimistic about it. As Jackie wrote, they are improving on CAR-T and have made great progress. I do hope you will give us updates now and then on how the treatment is going. Good luck. 👍
Debinoz is in the middle of CAR T treatment in Australia and has been keeping a blog about it.
Here's a link to Deborah Simms' CAR-T blog in Australia. She's at 28 days post infusion. Wishing you the best ...

Let's schedule a call and I can share my personal experience. See my email. I misunderstood your email and thought you were looking for medical advice about CAR-T so suggested talking to an expert.
