Insurance company recommendations

I have been taking Ibrutinib for Waldenstrom’s Macrobulinanemia for 6 months with good results. We are looking to go on a couple of cruises in the next 2-3 years but our current insurers will not cover my condition, I am a fit 74 year old.

Can anyone recommend a UK insurance company?
