Bags under your eyes !

Having bags under my eyes when reaching the end of a working term and hitting Christmas and new year is hard. I know some of it’s fatigue and the CLL but anyone any trick on how to reduce them please?

Apart from a holiday abroad of course !

Diagnosed January 2017, currently on WandW due chemo 2020/2021

Many thanks

Lou

I have seen articles saying that kidney and liver bad blood cell build up causes bags under you eyes. Drink lots more fluid.

The beauty magazines used to say tea bags or cucumber slices on your eyes. Might feel good, but..... Also avocado masks for your face - why waste a good avocado on that? beer in your hair..... Same question? Egg on your face ........ etc. There may be something to all of these old tips - probably still around, but I’m well past reading those magazines, other than thumbing through one while waiting in a doctor’s office., and I’m not into food on my face.

For relief when fatigued I find moist cold or warm compresses help, but for the bags I suspect that rest and more water are the best approaches. I recently noticed a woman, while at a concert, with really significant bags under her eyes. It left me with the same question you have. I don’t want mine to end up that bad. I plan to ask about it at my next appointment.
