Hi Brian... many of us live in countries where FCR is given to all CLL as first up treatment despite what your IGHV-P17-P53 status is. Therefore I would be most interested in an update on the FCR-Ibrutinib trials or other combinations as it might be feasible to buy Ibrutinib from India as the only affordable way to go and use it alongside FCR Hematologist willing? Has anyone experience in successfully using the cheaper Ibrutinib from India?
