I had steroid injections in both hips last year (July 2018). My WBC Count is 60,000. I am on antibiotics. Could the injections be the reason the WBC Count is high.

Steroids not only can raise your WBC, they can raise your A1C blood sugar.
Giprunda, do you have a diagnosis of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia?
If you have read some of our posts about WBC as the reason for your asking the question, I am sorry, but it is only in relation to that cancer that we can possibly be of help to you.
I hope you find that you can call your Dr. to ask the question.
