Dr Brian Koffman recent Irish radio interview about CAR T

Dr Brian Koffman and his wife Patty have been very busy over the last few weeks with talks at EHA and for CLL Ireland national information day on June 8th.

He also gave his time to be interviewed in Dublin with Newstalk radio to talk about his CLL and CAR T treatment.

I'm delighted to be able to share with the wider CLL community this fantastic interview.

Cellular immunotherapy is one of the most exciting developments in cancer treatment this decade.

It has already resulted in dramatically improved outcomes from many people suffering from different blood cancers - one of which being ‘Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia’ or CLL for short.

Dr. Brian Koffman, Chief Medical Officer and Executive Vice President for non-profit CLL Society has dedicated himself to teaching and helping the CLL community since his diagnosis in 2005.

What an inspiring man Michael . I particularly loved the comic his son and wife created , to explain Car T treatment and which they so generously shared at the recent Irish CLL information day . It not only explained the treatment but also CLL . I have since shared it with loved ones, from my 93 yr old mother to my 14yr old grandson ...they. have all found it helpful . Is it available to the wider CLL community ? Thank you again to the wonderful Irish CLL team for all they do to empower us and our loved ones ...you are heroes .
