My husband Is in excellent physical condition and has CLL. He has been taking Imbruvica since it has been on the trial about 5 years since it’s been on “trial”. At first it was three pills a day now it is in one pill. The oncologist here in NYC allowed my husband’s WBC to go up, and it did before starting the Imbruvica, to 157,000. When he started the imbruvica it was very high, 157,000 and it gradually stair-stepped down and remains at 5000. So don’t worry why you aren’t seeing a WBC going up. My husband’s oncologist says not to worry , the medicine is in a trial here in NYC. It brought his WBC down from 157,000 to now 5000. It has taken about 5 years. His WBC remains steady at 5000. It was first noticed by our family doctor when his White Blood Count and Lymphocytes were at 14,000 and we were sent to a hematologist- oncologist. Go with your doctor, if you don’t have trust in him/her, change doctors. That’s my take on CLL but then again I’m the wife (or observer) of the person with CLL and not the patient. My husband works out three times a week and is 81, which no one believes. See your doctor often and good luck.

just a question. when he started they only made smaller strength which you would then take 3 at a time for 420mg dose. when you say he's now on one -is it 1 140 mg or one 420 mg which now comes as single tablet
