I have had CLL for nearly five years and am on ibrutinib wich I am tolerating well I am 68yr old male I do get quite a few chest infections but usually take antibiotics amoxicillin & doxycycline wich seems to clear up the infection quickly other than this seem to be well

Anthony - best advice go see ENT MD. It made all the difference in my life when I was in your position. I am now very careful to keep sinses open with meds, etc. CLL patients are highly prone to URI’s. Best wishes. Love, MsChief

Hi Anthony...I'm on IB and doing well. I too have had a cold, UTI, and now suspect a sinus infection all in the last two months. Do you have a pulmonary doctor you can see to find out why you're having the chest infections? Probably a good idea to find one. Keep us informed and my best to you. Carole
