Cll and chemo this is my first

I have cll my and now the test show bile duk dilated.my first treatment og chemo is this week my count is 154.000. Is tge bile duck another issue. Will i get sick from chemo i have no fever or night sweat. Sjould i get second opinion before chemo

Where are you from Christrom? It makes some difference due to the different systems in different countries. Generally where possible it’s a good idea to get a CLL specialist discussion before treatment. In the uk a lot of patients are going into the FLAIR trial when they first need treatment. There are other trials happening in other countries too and the experts will know what’s available outside of regular chemo.

Which chemo are you supposed to get? Do you know whether you have had a FISH test, and if so, what the results were? I agree with Adrian, that where you are will make a difference in what is available to you. A second opinion is always good if it is a possibility.
