I have CLL Received chemo first time, 2 treatment 1st. 9/14 & 9/15, 2015. The next treatment was 10/27 & 10/28. All was good until 7/2016 when my platelet started to drop. When the count reached 48 I had 4 Rituximab infusions in November 2016. After the 2nd infusion the count was back to 130. They continued with 2 more treatments and the count was down to 106. and continues:12/21- 87, 1/9 - 81, 2/2 - 73. My Oncologist does not know why the count went back t 130 before the last 2 infusions were done. And does not know why my platelet count is going down.
Where can I find answers to "why" 1. My platelet count went up so soon? 2. My platelet is continuing to drop.
