Deleted accounts!

I would really appreciate it if 'the power's that be' DO NOT delete my account, again! I would like to know why this was done! While I appreciate the people that volunteer on this site, I don't appreciate my account being deleted for NO reason, just because they may be having a bad day!

Why do you think your account was deleted? Did you have to log in again?

This is not an uncommon occurrence it happens to me on occasion...

Perhaps explain what is happening and we might be able to help.

The whole account, including post's, was deleted. I had to reregister.

Well you should take it up with the adminstrators, Neil or Nick.

I suspect Chris is right. No one who 'volunteers on this site' has the authority to delete your account. Only the two administrators can do that and certainly not as the result of 'having a bad day!'

Sounds like a technical problem to me.

Correction, only the member concerned or HealthUnlocked can delete an account; community administrators are only able to restrict members who break community guidelines.

Some HealthUnlocked communities have been under heavy attack by spammers in the last 12 hours and HealthUnlocked employees have been very busy deleting accounts of anyone found spamming.

Hi Goshawk

The problem you experienced was a weird one, maybe a blip not actual deletion. I say this because when I accidentally deleted myself when trying to leave one community not this one. I was told that I could not use my original avatar name hence I am now Bubnjay1 not just Bubnjay.

Perhaps we have gremlins in the system but I can well understand your annoyance, anyway welcome back long may we both remain.
