Dr. Sharman has a lot on 13q and various prognostic indicators... there is a lot more now than FISH that impacts CLL.

13q is the most common and also has the most favorable outcome. The unmutated status is the downside. Dr. Sharman has been quoted as saying something like '13q is the break pedal on the disease, but unmutated is the gas pedal.' I would begin with the link CllCanada (Chris) has posted, as it delves into the issue of mutation status. Keep in mind that he wrote these posts in 2012 and that there have been tremendous advances in the understanding of CLL since (especially in the availability of new treatments).
