Appointment today.....

Hi, just had my consultant appointment and IT WENT WELL!!! I can breathe again for another four months.

My lymphocyte count hadnt changed since my last appointment and is just about still in single figures so I can go away and get on with things again for a while.

She was really understanding and lovely and explained loads to me. She said they were going to keep an eye on me for a while because I am young to have this (55). She said I will probably need treatment at some point in the future but by then they will probably have a magic wand they can wave over me to make me better because the treatments are so good these days.

I feel great!

The worrying is nearly always much worse than the reality Jan! Pleased all went well and was stable. You may find it will stay like this for a very long time.
