Thank you for those who led me to the specialist. First appointment was a long wait but then a blessing. There is nothing like being heard and then given logical answers or an honest, "I don't know".
I was validated and a plan was developed. I can not thank this group enough for helping me find the courage to change doctors. The doc is checking to make sure my symptoms are not some underlying viral cause and then, if not, he will do the bone marrow test and probably change my medication.
The most impressive part was that he actually got quiet and paused to think before responding. It's been a long time since I have seen a doctor who did not give an immediate rote response. Nice to be looked at as an individual.

It's great when the doctor takes the time to explain our situation. And even better when they are Specialists. Hoping that all goes well for you and all.
Isn't it lovely when a Doctor actually listens to you and treats you as a 'real' person, not just a statistic? I'm very fortunate, I have a great GP and haematologist. It helps so much. I never feel rushed or silly. My haematologist was even kind enough to ask my daughter how SHE felt about it all.. Peggy.
