experience with Treanda?

Good day to all. Having just received my 2nd round of Treanda with positive results so far, I would like to hear from those that have experienced treatment usng Treanda or ( Bendamustine). at their various stages of treatment..Thanking you, in advance.. Joe

Skin rash was the only issue for me. I hope it goes smoothly for you. God bless all.

Thank you for responding. I too have been plagued by itchy rash even before treatment began. May I ask how far into the Treanda treatment are you, how has it affected your counts, and any idea why we've received the B without the R?

HI Joe, l don't know the reason why the B without the R. But I do know coming up on 8 years remission Doctor must have known something very thankful for his decision. Hope the best for you and all.

Depends were you are actually, Bendamustine is not generally funded in Canada to include rituxan, for example... might be as simple as that... not sure about the U.K.

There was an application filed in Canada to get bendamustine/rituxan funded but it was subsequently withdrawn...
