Hi there, I am really glad your grandson is doing well. My daugher is just turned 6 and is going for a transplant assessment in January. I have so many worries about the "what if's" Maybe I will have a few questions if the verdict is transplant required. Thanks

There are always what ifs when a problem comes up. Weve been through alot of them. Hopefully it will be ok for her. If i can help in anyway i will gladly try my best to answer any questions. Can i just say medical staff and support groups are all brilliant when it comes to help, reassuring, and even just chit chat. Speak to you in the future. Be positive :)

nice to hear your grandson is doing well. My 2 year old daughter had liver transplant in September this year and I the father was the donor. It all went well for both of us. I will always say think positive, and the results will be fruitful, best wishes to all who have gone through such major life changing operations and also who are waiting to go through such major operations

All these positive encouragements are highly appreciated!!! Thank you all for sharing and giving hope to some of us parents who are going through this. My daughter just turned one and we have know she would need LT since she was 2 weeks old when we found out she had PFIC2. we are going to discuss evaluations to be put on the list ..etc in two weeks. I know in my heart she will be better and normal after the LT. in Gods will!!!

Thank you so much again for the positivity!
