3 weeks after Kasai

Hi

My girl daughter had Kasai surgery on 58th day.

She has been discharged to home by 10th day after surgery.

The health visitor is coming to our house every week to check the baby weight.

Also, she is asking some questions about how the baby is progressing.

She asked us that, compare to last week baby looks yellow. And we didn't see any change in the colour of skin or high temperature or pale colour stool.

Do they really know about the when jaundice will clear off and other information related to BA?

The baby is now 25 days old and the HV visit created confusion on me and am sure that we have done everything right.

Let me know the feedback from you people.

And am waiting for the first appointment after the surgery , Fingers crossed

Hi . It can take 6 months to a year for the jaundice to go
