Protruding Partial external biliary drain stoma due to excessive coughing

My daughter has a PEBD (stoma) and it seems to be very protruded due to excessive coughing. I'm just wondering if it is normal. It has happened before but not as much as this.

My daughter's stoma does this If she has a cough. It tends to go back once her cough goes away xx
