Hi all I'm new to this page I'm looking for information on giant cell hepatitis if anyone has any I would be very great full, my son is two year old and has giant cell hepatitis and autoimmune haemolytic anaemia I no to have both them together its very rare, he went into full liver failure 11 months ago with it but thank god since he hasn't been to sick he is on sirolimus and gets Ivig every two weeks he has had lots of infusions of rituximab. If anyone has any information please. Thanks Natalie.

Hi my son is doing great at the moment retuximab worked really well for him other treatments is steroids, ivig, immune suppressants (sirolimus) plasma exchange. What treatments is ur son on? Hi can i ask you something ? I am glad he is doing well , i am just new to this and still in shock. Apparantly there isnt many cases of this so my baby girl has being diagnosed and we start tretment this week on rexitumab, is the medication for life or they will be able to wean at some point, sorry for asking but not much info anywhere
