Hi my daughter is 6 weeks post kasai and her poo had been a bright yellow colour for about 3 weeks and now again it's gone white for the past 2 days. I'm so disturbed and worried...anybody with the same problem?

We was told this can happen, my daughter tiffany had her kasai and unfortunately hers was unsuccessful.. there is a site on Facebook called liver mum's you may get a bigger response on there

Oh I'm so sorry about Tiffany...how is she doing now?did she have a transplant?i will join liver mum now. Thank you xxx

She's doing well thanks she was transplanted in Nov. She is moving in the right direction

I suggest you ask to see your consultant, every child is different and although getting advice from parents is good it is always best to seek medical advice. I hope all is well and it is just your little girls body adjusting to the operation - Jacquie

Thank u so much I tried calling them today but couldn't get through n now I'm told that they will ring me Tommorow ...so I'm just waiting to speak to someone really...it's worrying me a lot...took her to GP n showed him her dirty nappy but apparently he didn't seem to understand much....so I'm just waiting till tomorrow hopefully will speak to the liver team....thanks for ur kind words xxxx
