Hi! I'm an adult who survived Biliary Atresia.
I'd like to meet more adults with the same condition.
I've just had my fourth surgery and looking forward to keep enjoying life!

Hi Kekurock , hope you are doing well after your fourth surgery. We offer support to families and young people up to the age of 25 in the UK who are affected by a childhood liver condition.
If you are based in the UK the British Liver Trust might be a good place to meet other adults affected by biliary atresia.
Best wishes
Thanks so much!, but I'm from Chile South America and I'm 35 so unfortunately I'm not elegible but thanks a lot. Is there anyone who could guide me with a diet plan post surgery recovery?, or maybe if I could follow some alternative med like acupunture to improve my quality of life?
Hello. My 12 year old was born with BA. Out of curiosity, what surgery did you have?
Hi I am so happy for you being so well. I was wondering have you had the Kasai surgery three times.
Hello.. did u do the liver transplant? My bby just done with the kasai surgery 1 week ago.. hoping that it’s working
I was born with. Biliary artresia and I’m still confused as to whether I can drink. Do you?
Hi! I would not drink. Alcohol is processed through the liver. You don’t want to risk getting sick. There are important enzymes in the liver for breaking down things managing bile. Helping our food digest. Alcohol is over rated
Thank you for your helpful replies I really appreciate it 😀
Hi... How your daily life went on for 35 years. Did you live healthy or were you on any medicines or diet restriction throughout.
