My name is Olu and I'm an MSc student in Information Management at Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen. I am about to engage in research which aims to better understand how self-help works in an on-line environment, for instance via the UK HEART website or any equivalent wesite which you may use to deal with your condition.

I'd be very grateful if you could take the time to complete a short questionnaire accessible via the link below surveymonkey.com/s/T69KYTV

It comprises of (7) questions and would take between 10-15mins to answer.

Feel assured that your anonymity will be guaranteed and your responses will be used for the sole purpose of my dissertation.

Thanks for your anticipated responses.
