High LDL Cholesterol

I have high LDL and TG. Any suggestions would be appreciated?

My Triglyceride is 215 and LDL is 134.I was taking medicine Arvast 10 mg and my cholesterol other TG everything was in normal but after I decrease to Arvast 5 mg ,it started to elevate in month.

There is man made formula, Total cholesterol= HDL + LDL + triglyceride / x.

There is also a check on non HDL cholesterol.

Do you have all other blood test numbers? Blood glucose number as well?

If you medication is helping you and you do not have any side effect, discuss this with doctor and go for the correct dosage. Depending upon your age, did your doctor discuss any risk analysis test numbers by considering all health parameters?
