Cholesterol and Statins

I think more and more that worrying about cholesterol is the wrong thing to do. I believe we should be looking more at Beige Carbs and sugar, reducing obesity and the body will look after the rest. I came across this article that supports that theory bmjopen.bmj.com/content/5/9...

This is not new thinking. Refined carbs have long been thought to be a bad thing, as are refined fats. While reducing obesity is probably never a bad thing, for some people, it will not be enough.
