If you're looking for feedback, you need to provide more details.

Age, gender, height, weight, blood metrics such as your lipid values as a start - LDL, HDL, Triglycerides, Total cholesterol. Have you had any cardiovascular events - heart attack, stroke, blood clots, angina? Do you smoke, how much alcohol do you consume daily?

How often to you exercise?

Very briefly, there are many potential side effects associated with statins and their use may, or may not, reduce your risk of a cardiovascular event - however avoiding them and not changing your diet and lifestyle to address the root cause of your illness, or lack of good health, is also not a good solution.

That's strange as some experience side effects from taking Statins. Clearly like me you never had them whilst taking them but when you have them up. Go back to your doctor and explain. It maybe a withdrawal symptom and go away. Discuss with him and also have a chat with your parmacist. They should be able to advise you better than us here.
