I had four stents in 2009 at NewDelhi. I was having no problems and was eating everything normally. Now again 15 days back one more stent was put. But my energy level is not coming back. I am having Thyroid and Diabetes medicine and both are under control. Any advice or should I get some tests done.

You need to ask your doctor for medication check and may be change your medication.

Fresh green veg like Methi, other Indian green leaf very steamed with olive oil can help.

Other veg cauliflower, broccoli, sweet potato all boiled or steamed, grilled garlic, turmeric, Sri Lankan cinnamon all can help. No rice or rice based food for few months!,

We can live on fresh fruits, fresh veg and sweet potatoes. There are other grains that are available in India, give them a try.

Vitamin C, Vitamin B can also help.

Not sure of your age weight and other health conditions, regular exercise, walking for few mils every day can help.
