Has anybody had experience of these circulation boosting, electrical devises, that work on your foot/calves? Are they just a gimmic or do they really work? Do they just pump blood or just Lymphoma, or both.

Tell me your experiences

They work by electrically stimulating muscle contraction, which squeezes blood and lymph back up the leg via non return valves.

You can get the same effect by putting your feet over a footstool and jiggling your feet up and down (as I do!).

Hello scruffycat,

I did use one for a short time but had to stop using it because the nerve problems and metatarsal inflammatory pain in my feet became much worse. Now I don't know if that was a coincidence or not

As it happened on both feet I suspect not. My Mother used one and the nerves in both her feet got much worse along with the pain. However, I do know that many people use them and find them beneficial. I don't know whether or not these people have Hughes or Lupus or other underlying autoimmune problems. All I know is I would never use one again !

Please do not waste your money!, may give you additional problems. Walking is a better exercise.
